Sarah attended the University of California Santa Barbara where she obtained her degree in Global Studies with an emphasis in African Studies. Her love for history, culture, and truth has taken her around the globe including destinations in Europe, Israel, and Africa. Immersing herself in other cultures has forced Sarah to continually reflect on herself and her own set of beliefs. She finds this invigorating and inspiring.
In 2000 Sarah became a Licensed Massage Therapist which allowed her to explore the art of healing. In world renowned spas such as Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara, CA and Calistoga Ranch in Calistoga, CA she became passionate about wellness, a holistic lifestyle, and the beauty which encompasses the spa industry. With her great attention to detail she quickly became known for her extraordinary service to others.
After spending the past 5 years living between Santa Barbara and Sonoma, Sarah is happy to be back in her home town and the home of Xsense, San Luis Obispo. Sarah’s has a handsome and charismatic 2 year son who’s Ethiopian, Jewish, and Irish heritage has earned him the nickname of “little Obama”. Away from Xsense Sarah enjoys laughing with friends, lying in warm sand on the beach, listening to loud reggae while driving, inventing new recipes in the kitchen, and shopping for the perfect shoes or eye-catching ear décor!
Her global consciousness, spa expertise, holistic approach, and keen organizational skills has made Sarah a perfect fit for Xsense. She is innovative and creative, and loves bringing these skills to any brainstorming session.
