Xsense works with clients early in the project development or takes an existing place and connects it to its roots. Each project is approached with the intention of thoroughly understanding the meaningful components of a place: through deep research, the Xplorers uncover all that is authentically connected and directly relevant to the project site and its surroundings. Xsense strives to create meaningful destinations using a process that integrates design and marketing with operational strategies.

Through ongoing collaboration with many stakeholders, including the architect, owner, planner, marketing group, local community, operator, and our team of Xperts, we seek to create the most life changing and meaningful experience imaginable for the consumer.

Our goal to connect people and places starts by identifying sensory experiences that may be inspired by the history, geology, food, celebrations, indigenous traditions, health practices, music and all the things that make up the authentic root of a place.
